HOW DO WYSE DESIGN BRACELETS FIT?We make our bracelets in three standard sizes, S - 16cm, M - 18cm, L -20 cm.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WYSE DESIGN JEWELLERY?
We provide a simple and easy crystal care guide with each piece, but basically you should: Remove your crystals before swimming or showering.
Take them off before you go to sleep. Leave them on a window sill to absorb the power of the full moon’s energies.

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATION AND RETURNS OF BESPOKE ORDERS?If you would like to cancel a pre-order item, we would require written confirmation within 48 hours of purchase. Cancelling pre-order items after this
period or returning pre-order items would mean a 30% deposit is held.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?We would love you to love your Wyse Design purchase, so if something is not as quite as you had hoped, we are happy to exchange or provide a
refund within 14 days of your order. Please contact Wyse Design customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request your
RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). You have 7 day “peace of mind period” to request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and a further 7 days
to send the goods back.

WHAT IF MY WYSE DESIGN BRACELET IS FAULTY?
All Wyse Design bracelets are custom made and they are quality controlled upon leaving our Melbourne studio. If you receive an item which is
damaged please contact us immediately. If you fail to do so within 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse liability to accept the product as damaged
in transit. Please note that damage that has been caused by “wear & tear” is not considered as faulty product. If possible all faulty items will be
replaced with the originally purchased item. If this is not possible a full refund will be made. Please contact Wyse Design customer services at

WHAT DOES "IN-TRANSIT" MEAN FOR AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING?“In-transit” means that you have dispatched the goods to your postal office, and that they are travelling to the destination postal dispatch centre/post
office, where a local driver or delivery person will be picking them up.
WHAT DOES “NO EVENTS FOUND” MEAN FOR Australia Post TRACKING?It is often normal for 'No events found' to appear. Some packages show nothing on the tracking number lookup until you get to the destination post
office or postal centre near the delivery point. Many Express Packages going outside the Australia Post delivery network will show as “No Events
Found” until the day they are going to be delivered. You may be able to contact Australia Post for more information.
